This website is provided for informational purposes and to allow prospective clients to learn about R&B Mobile Bar services, submit inquiries, request quotes, and contact us.

2. Services and Availability
R&B Mobile Bar provides mobile bartending and event beverage services, which may include bartender-only service, full bar service, specialty cocktails, event staffing, and customized beverage experiences.
Submitting an inquiry through the website does not guarantee availability or create a confirmed booking.
A booking is considered confirmed only after all required steps have been completed, which may include:
acceptance of a proposal or quote
execution of an event service agreement
payment of any required deposit or retainer
confirmation from R&B Mobile Bar
3. Quotes and Pricing
Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of inquiry, including guest count, event location, date, duration, service level, and requested add-ons.
Pricing may change if event details change after the initial quote.
Additional charges may apply for items such as:
additional service hours
additional bartenders
travel outside the standard service area
specialty ingredients
premium alcohol packages
rentals or equipment
setup or breakdown requirements
last-minute changes
Final pricing will be reflected in the applicable proposal, invoice, or event agreement.
4. Deposits and Payments
A deposit or retainer may be required to reserve an event date.
Payment amounts, due dates, accepted payment methods, and any non-refundable portions will be stated in the client’s proposal, invoice, or service agreement.
Failure to make required payments by the stated deadline may result in cancellation of the reservation.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling terms may vary depending on the event, package, and timing of the cancellation.
Any applicable cancellation fees, refund terms, deposit treatment, or rescheduling provisions will be outlined in the client’s event service agreement.
If there is a conflict between these website Terms and a signed event agreement, the signed event agreement will control for that booking.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate event information and notifying R&B Mobile Bar promptly of any changes.
Depending on the selected package, the client may also be responsible for providing certain beverages, supplies, venue access, power, water, permits, or other event requirements.
Specific responsibilities will be identified in the applicable proposal or service agreement.
7. Alcohol Service
Alcohol service is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws, venue rules, and event-specific requirements.
R&B Mobile Bar reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who appears intoxicated, is behaving unsafely, or cannot provide appropriate proof of legal drinking age.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that guests consuming alcohol are legally permitted to do so.
8. Event Safety
R&B Mobile Bar may suspend or discontinue service if conditions become unsafe for staff, guests, vendors, or equipment.
Unsafe conditions may include threatening behavior, severe intoxication, dangerous weather, hazardous venue conditions, or unlawful activity.
9. Event Changes
Changes to guest count, event timing, location, menu, package selection, staffing requirements, or other material details may affect pricing and availability.
We recommend submitting changes as early as possible.
10. Force Majeure
R&B Mobile Bar will not be responsible for delays, interruptions, or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, emergencies, transportation disruptions, venue closures, labor disruptions, utility failures, or similar events.
When possible, we will work with the client to identify reasonable alternatives.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all website content—including text, logos, photographs, graphics, videos, designs, and branding—is owned by or licensed to R&B Mobile Bar and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially used without prior written permission.
